TinkerChamps started after the pandemic — not to close an academic gap, but to address the behavioural and mental-health fallout students were carrying back into classrooms.
The format is a 3-day residential camp (plus a 2-day @School version) for grades 6–12: leadership and communication drills, public-speaking training, activity-based learning, outdoor challenges, and a career-guidance thread built into the week rather than bolted on.
Twenty-plus seasons in, 500+ students have been through it. The zip-line isn't the point — it's the setup for the debrief.
